What We Are Teaching

- Week of May 3rd: Self-Defense, Board Breaking & Sparring
- Week of May 10th: Line Drills & Sparring
- Week of May 17th: TESTING WEEK! (No Regular Classes)
- Week of May 24th: Kicking & Sparring
**Bag gloves are required everyday.
**Lil' Tigers and Mighty Tigers must bring
sparring helmet to class.
Parents, this is the opportunity for your child to prove to themselves
what they're made of and face whatever challenge comes their way!
Testing and graduation are critical for your child's development, progress,
motivation, and bringing out the best in your child.
Testing gets them one step closer to the prestigious rank of
Midnight Blue Belt and mastering USK's 6 Core Life Skills.

PARENT'S NIGHT OUT!
Saturday, May 22nd, 6-10 pm
PARENTS: First time you’ve heard of a Parent’s Night Out?
Its a chance for you to get a few hours to yourself while your kids have a blast following an attention grabbing story line and playing themed games!
Don't worry, we've done 12 of these a year since 1995...we have a bit of experience...only 35 spots available!
Your child will receive trustworthy care, a night filled with fun activities,
and pizza for a very low rate!
And guess what?
That leaves you KID-FREE for 4 hours to do whatever YOU want!
